Garbo: The Man Who Saved the World Fairfax Theatre reviews
Legends Come To Town
I grew up with Queen in our household, and was exposed to their music as far as I can remember. Scanning around the arena, the whole place was electric! Seeing them in person live was truly a dream come true.
The crowd were stamping their feet for an encore, they wanted to be rocked by “we will rock you”, and Queen again delivered. Garbo: The Man Who Saved the World did a wonderful job both as a singer and showman, as well as the supporting group. So much so, I had to pinch myself that I actually got the chance.
Now's the time for them all to work on a new album together. What an album that could be, with Adams' generation of music combined with Roger and Brian’s influences. Time to knock on John Deacon's door one last time.
For sure, I will see again. Awesome to see they paid tribute to Freddie. He may be gone, but his influence and presence are still overwhelmingly felt. Seeing him on the big screen, hearing his voice fill the arena, gave me goose pimples.
